Our Host teams are often the first people that our customers. As part of the front of house team you will be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Key Purpose of Role
- Engaging with customers at a safe distance, providing information and a point of contact
- To welcome all customers ascertaining their needs and reason for the visit
- To provide an exceptional level of service during the visit
- Maintaining the customer lounge and associated areas in the showroom to a high standard.
The role is, Saturday 9am- 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm, plus holiday cover.
